Michael was our bathroom saviour! Having been let down by another company (Envy) on the morning they were due to start, we were in desperate need of someone to start ASAP. Michael was able to start within a couple of weeks due to a change in his plans. From day one, his communication was detailed and direct but courteous. It meant that we both knew where we stood and no surprises would occur. Michael was able to offer his advice and expertise throughout the project but similarly respected my design ideas and choices. We’re over the moon with our new bathroom and would happily have Michael back

We used MJG for or downstairs toilet refresh. I liked their ideas around the project, confidence in what could and couldn’t be done and their general approach to the job. Having two children and animals in the house I was worried how this would affect the flow of the way the house ran, but I need not have bothered, they were great with the animals and kept disruptions to a minimum. The finished room is better than I hoped and with all the new storage it works amazingly for us. Will definitely use them again for our en-suite in a few months.

We have just moved into our new home and first on the list was tha awful 1990s en-suite. I’m happy to now say with some carful planning and trades choices it’s now a room to be proud of. MJG knocked it out of the park to be honest, fantastic attitude, attention to detail and great workmanship have resulted in us being very happy and we will DEFINITELY use them again!! Michael was amazing when he completely remodelled our main bathroom. He really understood what we wanted to achieve and completed the work neatly and precisely. He always kept functionality and aesthetics in mind, and was really helpful suggesting alternative options when we needed them. His quality of work is outstanding and he never took shortcuts just to make the work easier for him. It was a massive and time consuming work but Michael took the extra time to establish a relationship with us and even with our cat so we wouldn’t feel uncomfortable during the works. Recommending him 100%!!!

Michael was brilliant. We ripped out our only bathroom in the house, so he understood the need to leave the project functional at the end of every day. He was reliable, had really good communication with us before and throughout the job, and finished the project to an excellent standard. He gave us layout suggestions that we hadn’t thought of (that made much better use of our space) and gave us options for all elements of the job so we were in complete control of the end result. Would not hesitate to recommend!

After getting a few quotes, we decided on using MJG for a number of reasons, The time and effort they took in understanding our needs and wants, the number of options available to us and their overall professional approach. During the work we are updated every step of the way and the house was kept very tidy, on an evening you wouldn’t even know the bathroom was being done I was so happy. Finally, the finish is Absolute top-notch we are so happy with our bathroom definitely saving for our ensuite and will 1000% use MJG again

Having been let down by a previous Checkatrade trader we were very sceptical about using Checkatrade again, after meeting Michael we decided to go ahead with his quote and we are glad we did, his quality of workmanship is fantastic. The attention to detail is almost OCD and in general we have a fantastic bathroom we are thoroughly happy and will definitely use him again.

I had a persistent gutter problem that no one had been able to quite fix. Mike came to the rescue! He quickly diagnosed the issue that others missed and implemented a solution. Plus, he added hedgehog brushes that I had bought to all the gutters. His work ethic and the quality of his work are truly exceptional. Highly recommend.

Super Impressed with the professionalism and workmanship from MJG, my shower required replacement, Michael offered me various different budget options and fitted my shower promptly. I had various painting challenges for Michael which he fulfilled. Time keeping, tidiness & trust with security whilst within my home was impeccable. Highly Recommended.
